To get finger painter you will need over 50 Subscribers and post more than 2 videos/shorts and use the tag #danishtagfingerpainter to apply. To get the illustrator  you need over 100 subscribers and post over 5 videos/shorts on the game and use the tag #danishtaggersmodstick.
